Our first port was Grand Turk. It rained hard, then turned to a drizzle and we got off the ship. We walked up the beach and back, went to Margaritaville and watched the Flow Rider. Then it stopped raining, so we went back to the ship and got the video camera. Wess filmed people on the Flow Rider while I got in the pool. I swam up to the bar and got some frozen drinks for us. This port is so nice with the beach and Maragritaville right off the pier. Before we left, I ran back and got my snorkel gear and spent the last hour looking at fish.
The next port was Half Moon Cay. It was raining when we anchored, but soon stopped. We tendered in, wandered down the paths to the "I Want To Stay Here Forever" bar, then found a few lounge chairs in the shade. Mike & Terri's cabana was close by, so we hung out with them alot. There was a picnic lunch of jerk chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. set up for us and lots of pavillions with picnic tables. The bar waiters from the ship were all over the beach if you needed a drink. The water was so nice, I snorkeled a bit even though there was not much to see, then Terri & I just hung out in the water most of the time. This is the most beautiful beach in the world!
