We had aft balcony cabins on Empress Deck, 3 in a row, with Kaye & Steve close by. We dropped off our bags around 1:30 and met Rudy, our steward. He took great care of us all week, such a hard working young man!
The Legend reminded me so much of the Miracle, so it was easy to find our way around.
We had 6 pm dinner seating as we had hoped and a table right near the door and the maitre d’ post on the second level. Our waiter was Edi, who did magic tricks. I never did get his assistant’s name figured out. The assistant maitre d’s, Sanja & Ioan quickly became favorites and we were lucky to have Tama & Putu as our bartenders for the dining room, too.
Our muster drill leader, Adina, turned out to also be the casino host. She was just wonderful and we made sure to look for her whenever we were in the casino, which was at least part of every day. Bonnie & I entered the Slots Tournament, which was fun even though we didn’t win.
